Terms of Service

Disclosure Notice:  Client acknowledges and agrees that Maryellen Jones Photography, aka MJ Design Studio, exclusively owns the rights to any images taken or created including but not limited to use in Maryellen Jones Photography's promotional information, portfolio representation and web site information.  Images may not be edited in any way (including filters) other than for cropping while printing. Prior to photographic session client may request of Maryellen Jones Photography in writing that such images not be used for these purposes subject to client agreement to different commercial rates for photographic and graphic design services.
